Backed by a team of medical professionals, computer scientists, and leaders in business bioinformatics MIDRA is well positioned to capitalize in this new era of artificial intelligence in regards to dermatological images.

Launched in 2020, MIDRA is a publicly available dermatological image repository from with currently over 30,000 images.

MIDRA aims to be the largest publicly available image repository in the world, with a special focus on skin of color images. We hope to have all our images labeled with a Fitzpatrick scale and diagnosis at least.
